We totally get it - Ptown is very lively and festive! You’re welcome to have friends over, just please be respectful, don’t host a ton of people, no house parties, and please don’t trash the place.
Please use good judgment and do your best to realize that we worked very hard to buy, decorate, and maintain our home.
What are the check-in / check-out procedures?
You will be able to access our home with a door code, which we will send to you during the days prior to your arrival.
Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM. Occasionally we accommodate early check-in if we have a gap between guests.
Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 AM
Can I smoke at the property?
Our home is a smoke-free home.
Please do not smoke or vape anything inside or outside the building.
The smell of pot smoke, bud, and joints is very strong.
We really must emphasize no smoking or vaping on premises. The smell lingers for a long time, and that’s not fair to us or to our future guests.
Where do I park?
Free parking is available for one vehicle. Please park in the designated space only, located in the detached garage with the blue door to the right of the building. Do not park anywhere else, as there are right-of-way areas along the side of the road. Thank you for helping us maintain smooth access for all guests!
The garage is a very tight squeeze. Cars the size of a Jeep Cherokee will fit inside. Anything larger we would not recommend that you bring, or we would ask that you park in one of the nearby town or private lots for an additional fee. We would advise that you unload passengers and anything from the side doors before entering the garage.
The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight.
Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 1 - April 30
The closest large parking lot is the School Street parking lot that is a quick walk toward Commercial St. There is another small public lot next to Mussel Beach and Liz' Cafe toward town along Bradford St.
The MacMillian Pier Parking lot, located in the center of town by Lopes Square is open 24 hours a day from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, 323 parking spaces, $4 per hour, $40 maximum per 24 hours.

Where do I park?
The house includes two reserved parking spots, located directly in front on the brick drive and extending onto the white shell driveway. You can locate these spots on the lot overview map to the right.
Please avoid parking in the numbered spaces along Alden Street in the lower part of the lot, as these are reserved for other units.If you need additional parking, there’s a nearby lot next to CVS at the intersection of Bradford and Prince streets—just a short walk from the house.
